- Multiple accounts: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
- Bonus abuse: Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment only. If misuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Betwinner5:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betwinner5 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
- Maximum payout limits for Sports Betting may vary by game.
- Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on betwinner5:
- Money laundering: Any attempt to launder money from illegal sources through the platform.
- Match fixing: Unfairly influencing the outcome of any game or assisting in such activities.
- Bots or automated software: Placing bets using automated systems or bots.

8Account Closure & Bans

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any active bonuses or pending wagers will be cancelled, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

- Account losses resulting from a member's own negligence or lack of awareness
- Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways
- Losses resulting from unexpected technical errors
However, betwinner5 does accept liability for any loss caused directly by our own error or negligence.
11Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions
Betwinner5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:
- Members will be notified via their registered email address.
- A notice will be displayed on the platform.
- A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree to the new terms may request account closure.
